Commissioned Paintings

Each commissioned painting is a unique collaboration between you and me — created with care, emotion, and time.

To begin the creative process, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, payable via PayPal before I start painting.

The remaining balance is due once your artwork is complete, prior to shipping or pickup.

 

Returns

Every artwork is made with heart and intention, and I want you to feel deeply connected to the piece you choose.

All sales are considered final, but if you for any reason wish to return your artwork, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving it.

Please reach out to me via the contact form or email artbymichelleangelo@gmail.com before returning the item.

Returned pieces must be in their original, perfect condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

 

Payments and pricing 

Each artwork is one of a kind, and prices may change as my collections evolve.

I reserve the right to adjust pricing, availability, or refuse an order when necessary.

If any changes occur with your order, I will contact you through the email or phone number provided at checkout.

 

Accuracy of Information

I do my best to ensure all information on this website is accurate and up to date.

However, small errors or changes may appear from time to time — in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

I reserve the right to correct or update such details at any time, without prior notice.

All artworks, prints, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Art by Michelle Angélo.

Each piece reflects my personal creative journey, and therefore may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

All logos, images, and branding elements belong to Art by Michelle Angélo, and your use of this website does not grant any right to these materials.

Quality & Care

I take great pride in using high-quality materials and ensuring that every artwork is safely and beautifully packed.

All shipments are insured, so if any damage occurs in transit, you will not bear the cost.

Once received and accepted, the artwork becomes your responsibility.

Please note that artworks are stretched on natural wooden frames — minor warping can occur due to changes in temperature or humidity. This is a natural process and can usually be adjusted by a professional framer.

 

Changes & Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as my art practice and website grow.

Whenever changes are made, the revised version will be published here, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
